ORDER AND PROCESSING

Orders can be placed online or by phone:

  • Online 24/7
  • By phone Monday-Friday, hours 09:00 – 16:30
  • The order is processed and shipped within 24-48 hours for products in stock and only between Monday and Friday.
  • Online orders take priority over phone orders.

CANCELLATION, MODIFICATION OF THE ORDER

Return conditions - 14 DAYS RIGHT OF RETURN (according to GEO 34/2014)

  • The customer can return any product without justifying this decision according to GEO 34/2014 in its terms and conditions, but the cost of transportation is fully borne (round trip) by the customer.
  • The customer undertakes to notify Epix Trade of his intention to return the purchased product(s), by phone or email before they are returned, otherwise Epix Trade may refuse to receive the package.
  • The customer will not pay the cost of shipping (round-trip, exchange/replacement of the product) only if it does not technically meet the conditions in the description on the site or has manufacturing defects. If you are in this situation, you will send the product to Epix Trade only by the express courier with which you received the package, and the shipping fee will be borne by Epix Trade. When handing over the package to the courier, you will specify that the shipping fee is borne by Epix Trade and will be transferred to our contract, „to the contract”, and the shipping address is: Constanta, Str Aurora No. 4, Epix Trade store headquarters .
  • In any situation of returning products, they must be in the same condition in which they were received, in the original packaging and together with all the documents that accompanied them (invoice, warranty certificate, etc.). Products packaged (sealed) in bags, plastic blisters, cans, etc. are not returned if the original packaging has been opened. Products that have been tested (propellers, cables, tanks, etc.) are not returned without the approval of Epix Trade. A sum of money may be withheld in the case of tested products that show visible traces only with the consent of the customer and only with the approval of Epix Trade.

In accordance with applicable law, Epix Trade reserves the right to not accept returns of products that, by their nature, cannot be returned. Exceptions to these rules are products that have hidden defects or other problems that have been discussed with Epix Trade representatives.

MONEY RETURN DEADLINES

For full or partial returns of orders, the customer receives the money for the returned products (excluding the shipping cost originally paid) within 14 calendar days from the date on which Epix Trade is informed by the customer of his decision to return the products.

  • For orders paid by card online, by refund to the account from which the payment was made.
  • For orders paid with cash on delivery, PO or bank card in a physical store, by bank transfer or cash.
